Lou is a successful business owner in the home and commercial building sector and brings to SWAY over 30 years experience in strategically positioning and growing businesses. In 1982, Lou started a construction company and was responsible for the vision and leadership that grew the company to $10MM in annual revenues. He has been involved in several other startup companies that are all still operating in Alberta. Lou is currently doing consulting on building restoration after fire or floods for both Insurers and restoration contractors. As one of SWAY's founders and Directors, Lou will provide business development experience to steer SWAY during its startup and growth phases.
